AerientHome

Privacy & Trust

How Aerient protects you.

The Core Promise
Your individual readiness data is private.
Your department cannot see your personal score.
Leadership only sees anonymous aggregate trends.
Aerient is designed to prevent wellness surveillance.
No rank, station, or employee ID is required.
What We Collect
Email address — for login and account recovery only.
Self-reported readiness check-in responses.
Optional shift context (Duty Day or Off Day) — self-reported, never shared with administrators.
Intervention engagement (which protocols you accessed).
What We Never Collect
Your name, rank, or badge number.
Your station or shift assignment.
Your employee ID or supervisor.
Your insurance or medical information.
Any biometric data without your explicit consent.
How Admin Access Works

If your agency uses Aerient, administrators can see anonymous aggregate data only — participation rates, average readiness trends, and zone distribution across the organization.

Administrators cannot see individual scores, check-in responses, or intervention usage. This is enforced at the database level — not just the interface.

Technical Privacy Architecture
Row Level Security enforced at the database layer.
Your data references an anonymous internal ID — not your email.
Admin queries are restricted to aggregate SQL functions only.
No individual records are ever returned to admin dashboards.
